WRITE IT.

I write to remember.

I write to forget.

I write to elicit freedom

and rid regret.

I write until it’s exhausted,

collecting negative unconscious.

You can too…..

- Amanda Baker

Your impact deserves to be experienced.

My fear of recognition is also my desire for recognition. And when you accept both, that which you fear and that which you also long for, when willing to say yes to all of you, everything changes.

Want to connect fully with your intuitive abilities and purpose? There is an online course and community just for YOU….

YOU AMAZE ME™ is more than a phrase. It’s a movement. A mirror. A mantra.

It’s the reminder that healing isn’t about fixing — it’s about remembering. Reclaiming. Revering the truth of who we already are.

It’s for the sensitive souls, the deep feelers, the ones who have walked through fire and still believe in beauty.
It’s for the parts of you that have been waiting to be seen — not for what you do, but for who you are.

When you see YOU AMAZE ME™, know this:

✨ It’s a reflection: reminding you of your magic, even when you forget.
✨ It’s a recognition: of the courage it takes to feel, heal, and show up real.
✨ It’s a reframe: from seeking validation outside to owning your innate worth within.

YOU AMAZE ME™ stands for radical self-love, emotional truth, and the power of being fully human.
It’s the brand — and the becoming — that honors your journey, just as it is.

YOU AMAZE ME.

  • Expand: A New Year’s Heart-Opening Yoga & Cacao Experience

    Thursday January 1, 2026

    10am-11:30am

    1220 Providence Road

    Baltimore, MD 21286

    (Therapeutic, Somatic, Heart-Centered)

Begin the new year with an open heart.
Join Amanda Baker, LCSW-C 500hr RYT & Jennifer Salaverri, LCSW-C 200hr RYT, for Expand, a New Year’s Day yoga and cacao ceremony designed to soften the body, awaken emotional spaciousness, and set intentions from a grounded, heart-aligned place.

We’ll begin with a warm, ceremonial cup of cacao — a gentle plant medicine known for enhancing clarity, compassion, and emotional connection. As the cacao begins to open the heart, you’ll be guided through a therapeutic heart-opening practice including slow flow, restorative shapes, breathwork, and somatic unwinding to release the heaviness of the past year.

Through guided reflection, mindful movement, and embodied intention-setting, we’ll explore what it means to expand — not by force, but through softening, receiving, and aligning with what feels true.

    You’ll leave feeling:
    * More connected to your heart
    * Clear in your intentions
    * Rooted, open, and emotionally spacious
    * Ready to enter the new year with grounded expansion

This is your invitation to begin the year gently with presence, openness, and a heart that is ready to expand.
