Therapeutic Yoga Experiences, Community, and Transformational Spaces.

Designed to Help People Reconnect With Themselves and Trust Their Inner Wisdom.

YOU AMAZE ME is not simply a phrase.

It is a movement.

It is a mirror.

It is a mantra.

It is a reminder that healing isn't about fixing ourselves. Healing is remembering, reclaiming, and revering the truth of who we already are.

Founded by Amanda Baker, YOU AMAZE ME was created from a deep desire to help people reconnect with their authenticity and create spaces where individuals feel emotionally safe enough to be seen fully.

Through therapeutic yoga, writing, mental health work, community experiences, and educational offerings, Amanda helps others rediscover their inner wisdom and reconnect with themselves.

Meet Amanda

Amanda Baker has been a licensed clinical social worker (mental health therapist) for over 10 years and a yoga instructor with speciality in yoga psychology for over 5 years. She integrates somatic based approaches through yoga and therapy. While Amanda, yes, has carried the role of therapist and yoga instructor, she ultimately identifies herself as a human who impacts and influences others through the power of presence and intuition. While she has immense knowledge and experience in the mental health field when it comes to “healing” she believes no one is broken and no one needs fixing. She is dedicated to undoing the limitations from mental health systems and conditioning that leads people to struggle with “what our society deems as mental health issues.” Amanda is creative and has been writing poetry since the age of 7. She has two published poetry collections, a brand called YOU AMAZE ME, a community that acts as a movement of remembering one’s true self. Her course and community, Alchemize, is built upon vulnerability, truth, connection. It’s the power of emotional truth, radical self-love, and the power of being human.

It is through presence and support, coming back to the body, and your true essence that allows one to fully live vibrantly.

She has helped thousands of people both individually and collectively through her individual yoga therapy, workshops, classes, her own podcast called YOU AMAZE ME, and sharing openly.

She believes that you can be the same person in all areas of your life.
